MSME Banking Study 2014
The SME Banking Study entitled 'Strengthening access to finance for MSMEs in Nigeria' was launched on 24th November, 2014 in Abuja.
This study is a collaborative effort of EDC, Pan-Atlantic University and KPMG Nigeria.
The study was in-depth and employed both the survey and focus group research methods on over 3,000 stakeholders including entrepreneurs, financial institutions and government officials across the six geo-political zones of Nigeria.
It is geared towards investigating the critical challenges faced by the MSME sector, the factors limiting key stakeholders from supporting the segment and government’s initiatives to develop this critical sector.
